3. Click Save. The software alerts you that the user group was added to the database.
4. Click OK. The software displays the new user group in the Manage User Groups
window.
Note: You can add additional user groups at any time.
Editing a User Group
Complete the following steps to edit a user group.
1. From the Manage User Groups window, select a user group to edit by clicking it.
2. Click Edit. The software displays the Edit User Group window.
3. In the User Group field, change the name of the user group.
Note: The User Group name can be a maximum of 20 characters and may include
special characters and spaces.
4. Click Save. The software alerts you that the database has been updated.
