KCP Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. Operation
5-6
Note _________________________________________________________________
The agitator shaft should always be in the operator’s range of view when the concrete is
being delivered to the pump. Unfavorable mix of concrete can be easily conveyed to the
pump when the concrete is filled only up to the lower part of the concrete shaft
Caution _____________________________________________________________
Never use force to pump segregated concrete or concrete that has become lumpy because
it is beginning to set into the delivery line. Blockages can very easily be caused in this way.
The boom can sink during lengthy breaks in pumping as a result of the hydraulic fluid
cooling. For this reason you must never leave the boom unattended in the extended
position during breaks.
