Only fill the tank through the main filter (return filter). Fill the tank up to the “Maximum”
marking after a test run. Use only the hydraulic fluids specified by KCP Heavy Industries
Co., Ltd.

7.6 Function checks
This maintenance describes the inspection of machine functions. The inspections are carried out
with the machine running. You will find the service intervals in the maintenance summary at the
start of this chapter.
The following special tools are required:
Pressure gauge and whip hose for the checking points shown in the hydraulic circuit
diagram.
Note
Only qualified personnel authorized by us may carry out work on the hydraulic system.
Notify the KCP Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.

► Measure the pressures generated by the pumps, and compare your results with
the values specified in the Measurements sheet.
► Check the proper functioning of the pressure-relief valves in the high-pressure
circuit and the pressure accumulator.
