6.2 Trouble diagnosis and solution
6.2.1 check points before troubleshooting
Before troubleshooting, with reference to the following, firstly check points should be carried
out, report to KCP SERVICE, after that, troubleshooting should be done.

Check if radio remote
controller is ON and
receiver’s lamp is green
lighted.

Check if all of E-stop
switches on the machine and
radio remote must be
released.

Hyd oil must be full-filled
upto the recommended level
through the level gauge.

If the temperature is below
5-degree, sufficiently warm it
up and operate the machine.
