Restarting after Overheating
Should the pump have, nevertheless, been switched off because of overheating, you
should proceed as follows:
Switch the pump off.
Never switch the engine off, as the hydraulic fluid radiator must remain
in operation.
Refresh the water in the water box.
Wait until the hydraulic fluid has cooled if you are not able to find the fault
immediately.
Once the red indicator lamp has extinguished, switch the pump back on and
continue
pumping slowly at reduced output.
Determine the cause of the fluid overheating once pumping operations have
been completed and resolve the problems.
