Playing different Sounds with your left and right hand
You can play a single Sound with your left hand, in addition to playing up to three Sounds with your
right hand.
1 Press the SPLIT button to turn its LED on, and split the keyboard into Lower (left hand)
and Upper (right hand) parts.
2 Be sure the Lower track is set to play.
3 Play the keyboard.
Hint: You can select a dif-
ferent Sound for the Lower
part by pressing the LOWER
SOUND SELECT button in the
REAL TIME TRACKS section of
the control panel, and follow-
ing the same procedure used
for the Upper 1 track. See
page 40.

If the Lower track is muted, touch its icon
to make it disappear from this area, or press the
LOWER ON/OFF button in the REAL TIME TRACKS
section of the control panel (its LED must turn
on).
