15.1 Ventilation wheel drive
Replacing the V-belts (1):
 Relax the spring (2) of the tension pulley (3).
 Remove the V-belt.
 The belt pulleys (4) have to be exactly aligned.
 Adjust the belt pulleys (4), if necessary using screws.
 Apply new V-belts. Tighten the tension pulley spring
to a = 200
Make sure the fan blade is in a central
position in the radiator cover.
15.2 Deployments arms
When the deployment arm is on the right, the loaded
length of spring should be a = 95 mm.
When it is on the left, the loaded
length of spring should be a = 95 mm.
