3. Check the SCV
1. Turn the key switch OFF, remove the connector from the SCV
side and measure the resistance between the terminals on the
SCV side.

4. Measure the Engine ECU Terminal Voltage
1. Unplug the engine ECU wiring harness connector 1 from
socket, and measure the voltage between engine ECU
terminals E09 / E29 and E10 / E30 and the ground (at the wiring
harness side).
