1. Check the DTC
1. Place the key switch in the OFF position, attach the diagnosis
tool to the CAN1 connector, and return the key switch to the ON
position again.
2. Clear the DTC, and check whether the same DTC is output
again or not.

2. Write the Trim Data and Read the DTC Again
1. Using the diagnosis tool, write the correct trim data in the engine
ECU.
2. Clear the DTC and check whether the same DTC is output
again or not.

No DTC is output.
OK An electromagnetic interference (EMI) may have caused the temporary
malfunction. There is no problem if the system has recovered.
NG Go to "2. Write the Trim Data and Read the DTC Again".
