systemmemory,sothatyoucanprintorreprintthemlater.Printjobscaneasily
bereprintedlaterusingtheprintingsystem’soperationpanel,andprintingof
sensitivedocumentscanberestrictedtoapprovedusers.
E-MPSisamultitiersolutionthatprovidesadvancedprintmanagement,directly
fromthedesktop.Bystoringajobintheprintingsystem,youcanprintitfrom
theoperationpanelwithoutsendingitagainfromthecomputer.
TousetheJobstorage(e-MPS)features,youcansetaUsernameinthe
UserSettingsdialogbox,availableintheDeviceSettingstab.Ifanameisnot
set,thentheusernameoftheconnectedPCisused.
