isavailablewhenaHarddiskisinstalledandselectedintheDeviceSettings
tab.
Quickcopyisusefulforprintingthejobagainlaterinthedaywhenyouneed
additionalcopiesatshortnotice.Youcansetthenumberofadditionalcopies,
andprintthejobfromtheprintingsystem’soperationpanelwithoutsendingthe
jobagainfromthecomputer.
ThenumberofQuickcopyorProofandholdjobsthatcanbestoredissetat
theprintingsystem’soperationpanel,toamaximumof50jobs.Whenthe
designatednumberofjobsisreached,olderjobsarereplacedbynewjobs.All
QuickcopyjobsarestoredintheHarddiskafterprintingbutaredeletedwhen
theprintingsystemisturnedoff.Youcanmanuallydeleteajobattheoperation
panel.
Warning:AprintjobcanreplaceajobintheHarddiskhavingthesameUser
nameandJobname.Topreventthis,selectUsejobname+dateandtime
underOverwritejobname.
WithaHarddiskinstalled,Quickcopyletsyouprintadocumentandsaveitin
theprintingsystemuntilthejobismanuallydeletedortheprintingsystemis
turnedoff.
