This section explains basic operations for document boxes, using examples where tasks are carried out with custom
boxes.

Editing Custom Box (page 5-22)
1 Listing the boxes by owner in alphabetical order.
2 Listing the boxes by name in alphabetical order.
3 Listing the boxes by number in ascending/
descending order.
4 Displays the details for the selected box.
5 Opens the selected box.
6 Registers new boxes and checks, modifies or
deletes box information.
7 A box can be searched for by Box No.
8 A box can be searched for by Box Name.
