Displays the counts of document processor or document finisher.
Purpose
To check the use of document processor or document finisher.
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the device to be checked. The count of the selected device is displayed.

Description
Clears the accumulated data for the print coverage per A4 size paper and its period of time (as
shown on the service status report).
Purpose
To clear data as required at times such as during maintenance service.
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select [Execute].
3. Press the start key. The print coverage data is cleared.
Completion
Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.
