Printer Basic Screen
This screen is displayed when the Print key is pressed.
The following procedure can also be used for changing the default settings of the printer functions.
1 Press the System Menu/Counter key.
2 Press U or V to select Printer default, and
then press the Enter key.
The same screen as displayed when MENU is
selected on the printer basic screen is displayed.
Reference number Meaning
1 Indicates the current status of the machine and displays the message for required operation.
2 Select to switch between online and offline, to print/resume printing, to clear a specific error, and
to begin a new page to forcibly print the last page that waits for printing.
3 Select to stop printing in progress.
4 Select to perform network setting. (See Network (TCP/IP) Setup on page 2-10.) Also select this
to change various printer functions and settings. (Refer to Chapter 5.)
