4-12 OPERATION GUIDE
Original Size
Specify the size of originals being scanned. Be sure to specify the original size when copying non-standard
sizes.
Selecting an Original Size from Regular Size
Use the procedure below to select the original size.
1 Press the Copy key.
2 Place the originals on the platen.
3 Press the Original Size key.
4 Press U or V to select the desired original size,
and then press the Enter key.
5 Press the Start key to start copying.
Selecting an Original Size from Other Regular Sizes
Use the procedure below to select the original size.
1 Press the Copy key.
2 Place the originals on the platen.
3 Press the Original Size key.
4 Press U or V to select Other Regular Size,
and then press the Enter key.
5 Press U or V to select the desired original size,
and then press the Enter key.
6 Press the Start key to start copying.
Inputting the Original Size
Use the procedure below to input the original size.
1 Press the Copy key.
2 Place the originals on the platen.
3 Press the Original Size key.
