10 Press the Enter key.
Next, set the subnet mask.
Registering the Subnet Mask
To register the subnet mask, continue the procedure from step 10 above.
1 Press U or V to select Subnet Mask, and then
press the Enter key.
2 Use the same procedure as steps 8 and 9 of IP
address setting to input the address.
3 Press the Enter key.
Next, set the default gateway.
Registering the Default Gateway
To register the default gateway, continue the procedure from step 3 above.
1 Press U or V to select Gateway, and then press
the Enter key.
2 Use the same procedure as steps 8 and 9 of IP
address setting to input the address.
3 Press the Enter key.
4 When you finish making all of the network setting,
press the Reset key.
The message display returns to the printer basic
screen.
DHCP Settings
Select whether or not to use the DHCP server. The default setting is On.
Use the procedure below to specify the DHCP setting.
1 Display the TCP/IP screen referring to steps 1 to 6
of TCP/IP (IPv4) Setup on page 2-11.
