7. If a route has a failure probability of more than 2,
1. Find out the cause of the unreliability.
2. Modify the route (page 6-9).
8. Repeat steps 5 to 7.
9. If the route is still not reliable:
1. Delete the route (page 6-10).
2. Make a new route.
8.3.2 Test a Route
1. Put the route into a manual route (page 6-10, page 6-14).
2. Start the manual route, hold the E-Link (page 6-14).
3. Find the actions and action numbers on the display of the E-Link.
4. Make sure the route is correct.
8.3.3 Make sure the Battery is Loaded
1. Stop all timed actions (page 6-13).
2. In the main menu of the E-Link, select Work and push [ ].
3. Make sure the battery voltage is more than 12500 mV (fig. 1).
4. If the voltage is less then 12500 mV:
1. Manually drive the JUNO 150 to the charging station (page
6-4).
2. Make sure the battery is charging (page 8-3).
5. Charge the battery for one hour.

8.3.4 Make sure the Battery is Charging
1. Make sure the JUNO 150 is connected to the charging station.
2. Stop all timed actions (page 6-13).
3. In the main menu of the E-Link, select Work and push [ ]. (three
times).
4. Make sure the menu MANUAL CHARGER is displayed.
5. Make sure the charging current is more than 1.0 A.
