5.4.3 Install the Mounting Plate
Parts
• 1× Mounting plate with electrode assembly
• 4× Suitable stainless steel bolts and washers, plugs (not supplied).
Installation
Installation on the wall
1. Make sure the distance between the bottom side of the mounting
plate and the floor (fig. 27, page 5-7) is 76.5 cm (30.1 in) (4).
2. Make sure the mounting plate is level (1).
3. Install the mounting plate on the wall with the four bolts and
washers (2, 3, 5, 6).
4. Make sure the charging electrodes are in the middle of the
charging strips on the vehicle.
Installation on the (optional) floor column
1. Loosely install the mounting plate on the floor column with four
M8 bolts, washers and nuts.
2. Make sure the distance between the bottom side and the floor is
76.5 cm (30.1 in).
3. Make sure the mounting plate is level.
4. Make sure the charging electrodes are in the middle of the
charging strips on the vehicle.
5. Tighten all nuts.
