9. TROUBLESHOOTING
9.1 Introduction
This chapter contains the troubleshooting procedures for the JUNO 150.
Alarms and reports

9.2 Alarms and Reports
The JUNO 150 Feed Pusher monitors itself continuously. As soon as it
detects an error it generates a message, the system also generates and
displays reports with important information:
A critical alarm message: a beep sounds and the JUNO 150 stops
functioning. The E-Link displays the message "ALARM" with a
description (page 9-1). The error requires an error recovery
procedure.
A non-critical report is recorded in the report list, the JUNO 150
continues functioning.
The system also displays information about the operation of the JUNO
150.
9.2.1 Recover Alarms
1. Get the E-Link Manual Controller (page 6-2).
2. Push [ESC] or [
] to wake up the E-Link.
3. Read the alarm message.
4. Push [ESC] to confirm and go one level up.
5. Stop all timed actions (page 6-13).
6. In the main menu of the E-Link, select Alarms and push [
].
7. Push [
] to select the menu Alarm List.
The display displays the number, the date and time when the alarm
occured and the alarm number, see the following example:
No. Date Time Alarm
1 4-1 22:17 7
2 4-1 21:33 10
Note:
Select an alarm in the list and push [
] to open the alarm message for extra
information.
8. Note the alarm number and refer to the alarm list (page 9-1).
9. Do the recovery procedure described in the alarm list.
