4. Manually drive the JUNO 150 to a position above the strip (page
6-4).
5. In the main menu of the E-Link, select Settings and push [
].
6. Select 'Inductor height'.
7. Remove the cover (page 7-2).
Move to the test position
1. If the inductive sensor of the JUNO 150 is not exactly above the
strip:
1. Push soft button [MAN].
2. Drive the vehicle to a position exactly above the strip (page
6-4).
2. Push soft button [OK] to confirm.
3. Push [
] or [ ] to select the strip width (page 4-24).
4. Push button [
].
5. If the E-Link beeps and shows a flashing arrow on the left, push the
vehicle to the left until the flashing arrow disappears.
6. If the E-Link beeps and shows a flashing arrow on the right, push
the vehicle to the right until the flashing arrow disappears.
Adjust the horizontal position
1. Find both levels that indicate the horizontal position of the
inductive sensor (3, fig. 35, page 5-17) and (4).
2. Make sure the bubbles in both levels are centered.
3. If the bubble in level (3) is not centered:
1. Loosen the clamp (2) a bit.
2. Level the inductive sensor plate.
3. Tighten the clamp (2).
4. If the bubble in level (4) is not centered:
1. Loosen the clamps (5) a bit.
2. Level the inductive sensor plate.
3. Tighten the clamps (5).
Adjust the height of the inductive sensor
1. Loosen the bolts that secure the clamp (1).
Note:
The indicator on the E-Link display shows the height of the sensor.
2. If the indicator on the E-Link is above the middle position on the
scale, lower the inductive sensor until the indicator is in the middle
of the scale.
