Store & Forward
This chapter describes how to use the LU Store & Forward feature to record
video sessions, forward them to the LU-1000 server, or simultaneously record
and forward files from the field directly to the LU-1000 server.
Storing and Forwarding Files
The LU Live Video Uplink System enables you to store recorded files, transfer
prerecorded files or simultaneously store and forward the recorded file to the
LU-1000 server.
The Store & Forward feature enables you to transfer files under the optimal
conditions, in terms of quality of broadcasting, and regardless of broadcasting
conditions that exist during recording.
Files can be forwarded from the LU unit itself or from a USB device, such as a
camera with USB interface attached, which can be attached to the LU unit.
The files are stored on the LU-1000 server in the directory designated for this
purpose.
