Parts Library is an option that can be added to the machine. Please refer to the original order as to
whether this feature was added.
The following items represent the requirements of the LNS Parts Library.
PLC Model: SAIA®, PCD3 M5340
Firmware: 1.10.61 or later
Memory Module (Slot M1): SAIA®, PCD7.R550M04
File System: SAIA® File System (SFS)
Maximum Number of Parts: 500
Naming Convention (Numeric): 1-99999999
For the FTP connection, a minimum Cat5e crossover cable is required.
The following items represent the applicable functions of the LNS Parts Library.
ADD PART (F3-ENTER): If part exists there will be a prompt to overwrite
DELETE PART (F4-DEL): Part must exist
LOAD PART (F1-LOAD): Loads the selected part into current memory
File Type: Saves only the Part file (Example: PART00000001…PART99999999)
Memory Busy Message: Memory Access in Progress… Do Not Power OFF!
This message may be displayed when saving/deleting/loading a part.
