Establishing the
operating
conditions
After having changed the oil filters and topping up the oil, you must
re-establish the operating conditions.
Opening the valve
The plug (1) must be open.
• Pull the locking bar (3).
• Open the valve – lever (2) parallel to the line.
• Insert the locking bar (3).
• Close the flap (1).
• Start the engine (from the crane cab).
• Carry out all hydraulic functions several times to remove any air in
the system.
• Check that none of the oil filters is leaking.
• Check the oil level through the sight glass on the hydraulic oil tank.
Top up oil, if necessary;

Risk of damage to the hydraulic pumps
Open the valve prior to starting the engine.
This prevents damage to the hydraulic pumps.
