ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
Step 6: Remove the Min. master and insert the Max. master in the measuring position again.
Step 2: Take the values of the two master gauges and calculate the difference (or distance) between
the two.
Example:
Max. master = 50.015 mm
Min. master = 49.082 mm
Max. master - Min. master = 50.015 - 49.082 = 0.033 mm = 33 µ
33/2 = 16.5 µ
Upper limit = +16.5 µ
Lower limit = -16.5 µ
Step 3: Insert the Max. master in the measurement position. Turn the sensitivity adjuster until the value
