Use a micrometer to measure the yaw.
If the yaw exceeds the service limit, the brake disc
should be replaced.
As Fig. 5.3.19.
Tools: Micrometer (0-100 mm)
Magnetic rack
Limit of use:
Brake disc deflection: 0.30mm
If the measured value exceeds the service limit, replace
the brake disc.
Install the front wheels.
Main cylinder disassembly and decomposition
Disassemble the front brake light switch lead .④
Remove the brake lever .⑤
As Fig. 5.3.20.
A piece of cloth is placed under the main cylinder
brake pipe connection bolt to collect the brake fluid
flowing out.
Remove the brake tube connection bolts.As in
Fig.5.3.21.
Note:Immediately wipe off any brake fluid that is
in contact with any part of the motorcycle. The
fluid reacts on paint, plastic, rubber materials, etc.,
which can cause serious damage to them.
Remove main cylinder assembly. As in Fig.5.3.22.
Remove front brake light switch①.As in Fig.5.3.23.
