Remove cylinder head gasket .
Remove the CAM chain guide plate .
Remove the nut M6 and remove the cylinder.As in
Fig.3.3.11
Note:
If the cylinder head cannot be removed,
use a plastic hammer to gently knock the part
without heat sink.
Place a clean piece of cotton cloth on the cylinder seat
to prevent the piston pin spring from falling into the
crankcase.
Then use long nose pliers to remove the piston pin
spring.
As in Fig.3.3.12
Remove the piston pin using a special tool.
Tools: piston pin puller
Remove the piston.
As in Fig.3.3.13
Remove magneto cover.
As in Fig.3.3.14
Remove the sleeveAxleand Starting idler..
