Remove cylinder head gasket .①
Remove the CAM chain guide plate .②
Remove the nut M6 and remove the cylinder.As in
Fig.3.3.11
Note:
If the cylinder head cannot be removed,
use a plastic hammer to gently knock the part
without heat sink.
Place a clean piece of cotton cloth on the cylinder seat
to prevent the piston pin spring from falling into the ③
crankcase.
Then use long nose pliers to remove the piston pin
spring.

Remove the piston pin using a special tool.
Tools: piston pin puller ④
Remove the piston.

Remove magneto cover.
