Remove the M14 boltRemove the idle CAM top
pin and spring.

Remove crankcase bolts.

Use special tools to separate left and right crankcases.
Tools: crankcase separator

Note:
Install the crankcase separator so that the tool
arm is parallel to the crankcase surface. The
crankshaft handle and transmission parts should
be left in the left crankcase. When separating the
crankcase, the intermediate shaft end can be hit
with a plastic hammer.
