Starting clutch and starting driven gear
Electric starting clutch
Attach the starting gear to the clutch and turn the
starting gear by hand (the gear can only turn in one
direction).
The starting gear should run smoothly.
If the resistance is too large when turning the starting
gear, check the starting clutch.
At the same time, check whether the surface of the
connecting clutch starting gear is worn or damaged.
If wear or damage is found, defective parts should be
replaced.

Install the starting gear on the crankshaft and turn the
gear by hand.
Check whether the gear runs smoothly and produces
abnormal noise.
If the smooth operation and abnormal noise, should be
replaced.
