Remove
Remove the starting gear.
Remove roller , spring and pin sleeve from ① ② ③
the rotor and starting clutch assembly (As shown in
Fig.3.4.69). As in Fig.3.4.70
The rotor gripper is used to fix the generator rotor and
the starting clutch bolts are removed manually.

Tools: rotor gripper
Reinstall
Apply a small amount of thread sealant to the starting
clutch bolts.
As Fig. 3.4.72
After holding the rotor gripper, tighten the clutch bolts
according to the specified torque.
Tools: rotor gripper
Starting clutch bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kg · m)
Magneto stator and induction coil
When reinstalling the magneto stator④and induction coil
⑤, add thread sealant to the magneto stator positioning
bolts and induction coil positioning bolts.
