      If your Megmeet Servo Drives indicate a drive overcurrent, it could be due to several reasons. The motor cables might have poor contact, requiring you to fasten any loose connectors. Alternatively, the motor cables could be grounded, in which case you should replace the motor if the insulation is poor. Another possibility is a short circuit in the motor UVW cables, which can be resolved by correctly connecting the motor cables. If the motor itself is damaged, replacing it is necessary if the resistance is unbalanced. An improper gain setting causing motor oscillations can be fixed by re-adjusting the gain. Lastly, check the encoder cable for incorrect wiring, corrosion, or looseness; re-welding or fastening the encoder cable may resolve the issue.

In this case, wait for 60 seconds to reset after overload, consider increasing the drive and motor capacity, increase the acceleration and deceleration time, and reduce the load.

      If the motor is blocked in your Megmeet Servo Drives, it might be caused by a power output phase (UVW) loss or an incorrect phase sequence on the servo drive. Try reconnecting the motor cables correctly or replacing them. Another reason could be a UVW cable break, which also requires correctly reconnecting or replacing the motor cables. Lastly, the motor rotor might be locked due to mechanical factors; in this case, eliminate the mechanical factors.

      A braking resistor overload in Megmeet Servo Drives can occur due to several reasons. The cable of the external braking resistor might have a poor connection, be loose, or broken. Rewire it according to the correct wiring diagrams. If using an internal braking resistor, ensure the jumper across terminals P and PB is properly connected. Insufficient capacity of the servo drive or the braking resistor can also cause this; improve the braking resistor capacity or servo unit capacity, and increase acceleration and deceleration time. Finally, a load inertia that is too large can contribute to this issue; improve the drive, motor, and resistor capacity.
