5.3 Collecting Logs
If a problem arises with the machine, you may be requested by our service engineers or service office to
collect the corresponding logs. Please follow the procedure below to collect the logs if requested.

1 Select the data to be collected.
• All: Collects all log data. "All" should normally be selected.
• Logs and Parameters: Allows either "Operation Logs" or "Setting Parameters" to be selected.
2 Select a destination for saving data to.
• USB: Saves to an external hard drive.
– Choose the output USB device: Select the external hard drive to be saved to.
– Load USB list: Tap if a particular external hard drive is not listed.
• Cloud Storage: Saves log data directly to Mimaki cloud storage.
– Set the period for which you want to retrieve data: Up to 180 days of log data
can be set.
3 Tap [Get Data] to start log data acquisition.
