• Sensor compensation value
setting
• Primary delay digital filter

• Control mode
• AT bias
The following buffer memory of
applicable channel is changed,
and the set value is out of the
range during AT.
• Upper setting limiter
• Lower setting limiter
004EH
• The half sine of data collection
wave exceeded two hours
during AT.
005EH
AT error
completion
• PID constant calculated value
exceeded the range.
• AT status (Xn4, Xn5) turns
off.
• PID constants and loop
disconnection detection
judgment time do not
change.
• Remove error factors after making error
reset start command (Yn2: ON) and
execute AT again.

• Adjustment data error is
detected.
002FH
• Analog/Digital conversion value
error is detected.
003FH
Hardware
error
• Temperature compensation
error is detected. (Includes the
case of cold junction
temperature compensation
resistance is not connected.)
• It depends on hardware
error case.
• For temperature compensation error
(Error code: 003F
H), make sure that
terminal block/cold junction temperature
compensation resistor is not
disconnected. If it is disconnected,
connect correctly.
• Replace the module.
• Please consult your sales representative
