Terms and denitions
y Internal counter (CEL): Four internal counters (CEL1–CEL4) which perform the origin setup, toler-
ance judgment, and peak detection for the input counter value.
y BANK: Switchable display unit. BANK1 displays CEL1 and CEL2, BANK2 displays CEL3 and
CEL4.
y UNIT: Six input circuits for various measurements.
