2.3.3 Connection Procedure
The LGH gage head, signal connection cable, and EH Counter should have the same serial number.When
using multiple units, connect parts that have the same serial number.Connecting parts with dierent serial
numbers may lead to gage failure, and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Make sure that the power switch is o before connecting the gage head to the counter.
Do not run the power cable and the signal connection cable through a cable duct together with other
power lines.
Tips
Secure the power cable and connecting cables for external equipment to your equipment with a cable tie, cable
holder, etc.
Be sure to connect this product to ground. If this product is not grounded, it will be more susceptible
to electrical noise.
Procedure for connecting gage head and counter

Make sure that the gage head, signal connection cable, and counter have the same serial number.

Connect as illustrated below.
