transmitted data was
incomplete.
MC9500-K
removed from
cradle during
communications.
Replace MC9500-K in cradle and retransmit.
Communication
software is not
installed or
configured properly.
Perform setup as described in Chapter 2, Accessories.
Incorrect USB
SYnc cable.
Ensure that the correct USB Sync cable is used. See Chapter 2,
Accessories for more information.

charging.
Battery not fully
seated in charging
slot.
Remove and re-insert the spare battery in the cradle, ensuring it is
properly seated.
Battery inserted
incorrectly.
Re-insert the battery so the charging contacts on the battery align
with the contacts on the cradle.
Battery is faulty. Verify that other batteries charge properly. If so, replace the faulty
battery.
No power to
charger.
Ensure that power is applied to the charger. The Battery Status
LED flashes amber to indicate that the battery is charging.
Single Slot Battery
Charger is not
functioning
properly.
Replace the Single Slot Battery Charger.
