Move closer to the other Bluetooth device(s), within a range of 10
meters (32.8 feet).
The Bluetooth
device(s) nearby
are not turned on.
Turn on the Bluetooth device(s) to find.
The Bluetooth
device(s) are not
in discoverable
mode.
Set the Bluetooth device(s) to discoverable mode. If needed, refer to
the device’s user documentation for help.

Problem Cause Solution
Battery is not charging. TC55 removed
from the cradle
too soon.
Replace the TC55 in the cradle. The 2,940 mAh battery fully charges
in approximately three hours and the 4,410 mAh battery charges in
approximately 4.5 hours.
Battery is faulty. Verify that other batteries charge properly. If so, replace the faulty
battery.
TC55 is not
inserted correctly
in the cradle.
Remove the TC55 and reinsert it correctly. Verify charging is active.
Touch > > About device > Status to view battery
status.
Ambient
temperature of
the cradle is too
warm.
Move the cradle to an area where the ambient temperature is between
-10 °C (+14 °F) and +60 °C (+140 °F).
