Printing a journal report
You can print the communication status for 100 communications including the
latest transmissions and receptions.

Press <Menu>, select “List” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select “Journal” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select “Journal Report” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select the journal report you want to print using the cursor keys
and press [Enter].

Print the selected journal report.

• To print the transmission result only, select “Fax Tx”; to print the
reception result only, select “Fax Rx”. To print both the transmission
and reception results, select “Fax Tx&Rx”.
• You can protect the printing of the journal report (page 6-21).
• To shortcut the process, press <Menu>, <1>, <0>, <0>, <3>, [Enter], and operate
from step 4.
