10.1 Precautions Before Using GTWIN
Usage environment and GT main unit models that are supported
Confirm the environment in which GTWIN is being used.

Note:
In order to use the Help function
Internet Explorer 4.0 ( or a subsequent version) by Microsoft must be installed in order to use GTWIN
Help function. If you do not have the appropriate version of Internet Explorer, it can be downloaded from
the Microsoft website.
(Particular caution is required if using Windows 95 or NT.)
If using Windows NT or 2000XP
Please be aware that GTWIN cannot be installed unless you log in at the Administrator level when
booting the system. After the installation, GTWIN can be used at the Administrator or Power User level.
Applicable GT models
GTWIN is supported by the GT01, GT10, GT11 and GT30 series.
True Type fonts
True Type fonts are drawn, and font characters ornamented, using the functions provided in Windows.
Please be aware that, because of this, the fonts may be displayed somewhat differently, depending on
the Windows version and computer model.
