Specify the Type of Service (TOS) field prece-
dence of the control packet for the IP-CS-to-
system to each location number.
NOTE: The TOS between the IP-CS and the
system is determined by this data
setting.

the system, you must not set the second data to 02 (use only IP-PAD channel without
16VCT). PN-8IPLA card is equal to the IP-PAD channel with 16VCT.
