1 can (15.5 ounces) garbanzo
beans, drained
½ medium onion, cut in quarters
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs
40 medium white mushroom caps
1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
2 Place all ingredients, except panko breadcrumbs and mushroom
caps, into the 40-ounce Master Prep Bowl, in the order listed.
PULSE to desired consistency, using long pulses. Scrape down
sides of bowl as needed.
3 Rinse and dry mushrooms, then stu them with the garbanzo bean
mixture. Next, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over them.
4 Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
