Cooking spray
1 loaf day-old French
bread, torn into
bite-sized pieces
5 large eggs
1 cup half & half
1
2 cup cubed Monterey
Jack cheese
1
2 cup cubed feta cheese
1 cup frozen spinach,
thawed, squeezed of
excess liquid
1
2 teaspoon salt
1
4 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1
4 teaspoon ground
black pepper
1 Coat a round 9-inch baking pan with
cooking spray and place the torn bread
into the pan. Set aside.
2 Add the remaining ingredients to
the 40-ounce Master Prep Bowl
in the order listed.
3 PULSE, using long pulses, until mixed
well. Pour the mixture over the bread
then cover and chill for 4 hours to allow
egg mixture to soak into the bread.
4 Preheat oven to 350˚F. Bake for 20 to
25 minutes until pued up and golden
brown. Serve hot.

2 red bell pepper, seeds removed,

1 pound uncooked turkey breast,
cut in 2-inch cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound sweet potato, peeled,
cut in 1-inch cubes, cooked

4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried thyme

4 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoon ground black pepper

PREP TIME: 15 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes MAKES: 4 servings

Ingredients Directions
1 Place the onion, red pepper, and garlic into the 40-ounce Master
Prep Bowl and PULSE, using short pulses, to desired chop. Remove
vegetables and set aside.
2 Place the cubed turkey into the 40-ounce Master Prep Bowl
and PULSE, using long pulses, until finely chopped.
3 Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable
mixture, and sauté until tender, about 4 minutes.
4 Add the ground turkey and cook for 4 minutes, then add the
remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until turkey
is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
