1 Place broccoli, red pepper, squash, eggs, and cheese
into the 40-ounce Master Prep Bowl.
2 PULSE 7 to 10 times, or until mixture is evenly chopped.
3 Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring, until set.
4 Spoon egg mixture into warm tortillas and top with
hot sauce, if desired.
