1 pound uncooked lean strip
steak beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato
4 slices lowfat cheddar cheese
1 Place the beef into the 40-ounce Master Prep Bowl.
2 PULSE to desired consistency, using short pulses.
3 Form into 4 patties; season with salt and pepper.
4 Heat the oil in a medium frypan over medium-high heat and sauté
burgers for 4 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness.

or on a bed of your favorite greens.
