Replacing a WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245
1 Disconnect the power cables and LAN cables from the WLAN IP
Telephony Manager 2245.
2 Remove the failed device from the wall or rack mount.
3 Mount the replacement device in the same manner as the failed device
was mounted.
4 Connect the replacement device to the LAN and power supply.
5 Configure the replacement WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245.
6 Download the software to the replacement WLAN IP Telephony Manager
2245.
7 Test the replacement device to ensure that it has been installed and
configured correctly.

Telephony Manager 2245 configuration” on page 67.

Removing a WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245 from the
system
When a WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245 is removed from the system,
wireless handsets using the WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245 are affected.
If the removal of the WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245 is intentional, lock
and idle the system before removing a WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245.
