Area data (response)
The area data is configured as follows:
CPU Bus Unit configuration (response)
Each CPU Bus Unit has a code assigned to it consisting of two ASCII charac-
ters (two bytes). These codes are given in the numerical order according to
the unit number of the CPU Bus Units (unit 0 to 15).
ID Format
Remote I/O data (response)
The number of SYSMAC BUS Master Units mounted in remote I/O systems is
returned in a single byte (00 to 02 hex) as follows:
