Cause and
correction
Assumed cause Correction Prevention
An NX Unit that is registered in the
Unit configuration information is
not connected.
Connect the NX Units that are
registered in the Unit configuration
information.
Or, connect the Support Software,
unregister the unconnected NX
Unit from the Unit configuration
information, and download the
Unit configuration information to
the Communications Coupler Unit.
Download the Unit configuration
information that contains the actu-
ally connected configuration to the
Communication Coupler Unit.
A connected NX Unit does not
agree with the NX Unit that is reg-
istered in the Unit configuration
information.
Connect the NX Units that are
registered in the Unit configuration
information.
Or, connect the Support Software,
change the Unit configuration
information to reflect the actually
connected NX Units, and
download the Unit configuration
information to the
Communications Coupler Unit.
An NX Unit that is not registered in
the Unit configuration information
is connected.
Remove the NX Unit that is not
registered in the Unit configuration
information.
Or, connect the Support Software,
add the unregistered NX Unit to
the Unit configuration information,
and download the Unit
configuration information to the
Communications Coupler Unit.
