The following items can be changed and set to the image of the measurement target.

Setup Item Setting value Description
Detection size 4 to 64 (default value: 8) Creates a small detection area corresponding to the detection
size inside the measurement region.
The average density is calculated for each detection area. The
average density of the detection area is then compared with the
surrounding average density, and the defect position is
detected by how much the average density differs with the sur-
rounding area. The difference with the average density that
was the largest is output as the defect value.
Detection interval 4 to 64 (default value: 8)
Noise level 0 to 255 (default value: 60) Places having a defect value lower than the noise level are
removed as the noise component, while places having a defect
value higher than the noise level are counted as defect posi-
tions.
Calibration OFF (default value) Measurement results are output using the camera's coordinate
values.
ON Measurement results are output using the coordinate value
converted by the calibration function.
Coordinates mode Normal (default value) The position information of the input image coordinate system
itself is output.
Pos. correction When position shift correction is set, the position information is
output using the coordinate system corrected to the original
state when the coordinate system was registered.
