Fuel Filter
1. Remove luggage box (2-2)
2. Check fuel line for ageing or damage.
3. Replace with a new one in case damaged
or leaking.
Throttle Lever Operation
1. Check throttle for proper operation.
2. Check throttle grip free play.
Free play: 2-6mm (.078 in.-.236 in.).
3. Adjust free play using the adjusting nut in
the throttle cable and the adjuster at the
carburetor.
•Major adjustment should be made at
carburetor.
•Adjust it by loosening the jam nut and rotating
adjusting nut.
•Fine adjustment should be made at the throttle
grip.
•Remove outer cover, loosen jam nut and
rotate adjusting nut to adjust it.
