Valve Seat Chamfer Cutting Tools
\Refer to valve chamfered tool handbook for
details.
1. Press and rotate with 4-5kg 10-12 lb force
to polish and cut when correcting.
Use chamfered tool after spreading
engine oil on it.
Valve Seat Cutting
1. Do not polish or cut excessively.
2. Cut primary surface with 450 cutting head.
3. Chamfer inner edge with 320 cutting head.
4. Correct inner surface by sixty-degree
chamfered tool.
