5.7 Vibration Control
The vibration control function has the following features.
 Provides 4-layer notch filter
- Frequency, width, depth setting
- Automatic setting through real-time FFT
- 50[Hz] ≤setting range≤ 5000[Hz]
 Provides 2-layer vibration inhibition filter, for vibration inhibition of the
load
- Measures the vibration frequency of the load
- 1.0[Hz] ≤setting range≤ 100.0[Hz]
